Riverlife and GBA: Mon Wharf Switchback Breakfast Briefing

By March 11, 2015October 25th, 2016Blog

Join Riverlife’s Addy Smith-Reiman on March 24 for an informative project update

Riverlife is proud to partner with the Green Building Alliance to present the latest in GBA’s ongoing Breakfast Briefing series.

Join Riverlife project manager Addy Smith-Reiman for an update and behind-the-scenes look at the planning of the Mon Wharf Switchback. The Switchback is an ADA-accessible bike/ped ramp that will serve as an important trail link by connecting Downtown’s Smithfield Street Bridge to the Mon Wharf Landing, bringing the Great Allegheny Passage directly into Point State Park. Come learn about the Switchback as well as the full Mon Wharf Park System.  Learn the history of constructing the Mon Wharf Landing (and the challenges the site faces) – and the plans and process for connecting the missing links.

Date and Time: Tuesday, March 24, 2015, 8:30 am – 10:00 am
Location: Gulf Tower, 707 Grant Street, Pittsburgh 15219, 8th Floor Conference Room
