This Sunday, September 24, Pittsburgh once again proves why it’s the #CityOfDumplings. Pittsburgh Pierogi Festival returns for its fifth year in a brand new location: Kennywood Amusement Park! What could be better than ‘rogies and roller coasters?
From 1-6 pm, festival attendees will experience a family fun environment that includes offerings from over two dozen restaurants, chefs, and pierogi purveyors who will be serving up all varieties of pierogies, creative pierogi-inspired dishes, dessert pierogies and more!
Six classic Kennywood rides will be open to guests during the festival. You can also paint your own pierogi with Paint Monkey and shop the pop-up Pierogi Marketplace for everything from pierogi t-shirts and clothing, to jewelry and pottery, to Festival keepsakes and Pittsburgh memorabilia.
