Riverlife participated in two separate cases before the Pittsburgh Zoning Board of Adjustment involving signage on riverfront buildings.

Download a PDF of Riverlife’s position on proposed variance requests for signage at 625 Stanwix Street. Concerns about the proposed signage include its size, animation, and detraction from the riverfronts’ scenic beauty.

On March 16, 2017, Riverlife President and CEO Vivien Li testified in favor of allowing a variance request by the Carnegie Science Center for size and location of proposed signage on its expanded facility. The signage proposed will be smaller and non-animated as part of identification for the non-profit cultural facility. Download a PDF of the full testimony.
