Party at the Pier was the Haute-est night of the year!
Thank you to everyone who braved the heat and came out to celebrate with us on August 28th. We had an amazing time at The Highline taking in the sights and sharing our work to complete Pittsburgh’s 15 mile downtown riverfront loop.
This year we took the party to a new location, The Highline. Guests were treated to views of Downtown from the site’s elevated park as they enjoyed craft cocktails and ales from Wigle Whiskey and Sly Fox Brewing. The Highline has held a special place in Riverlife’s heart since McKnight Realty Partners collaborated with our Design Review Committee to make this site an open space on a section of South Side riverfront that most Pittsburghers don’t associate with green space or riverfront parks.
While Party at the Pier is always a great time full of fun and fashion, there’s a purpose behind the party: $260,000 raised for Riverlife’s work to complete Pittsburgh’s 15-mile, 1,055-acre downtown riverfront loop of parks and open spaces. Thanks to everyone who supported the event, especially our incredible sponsors!
