The Green Boulevard plan envisions a transportation corridor running through the Allegheny riverfront neighborhoods. The corridor might include further extensions of the existing Three Rivers Heritage Trail for bicyclists and pedestrians. The study also examined the potential of light rail service on the existing railroad tracks.
