Construction begins on Allegheny Landing dock

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2013: Demolition of the wood dock at Allegheny Landing began yesterday, the first phase of a total renovation of the riverfront sculpture park located on the North Shore between the 6th and 7th Street Bridges.

Please note that water and trail access may be temporarily affected by construction and that trail users are urged to use caution. The dock restoration phase of the renovation project is a partnership between Riverlife, the City of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Museum of Art, Friends of Allegheny Landing, and the PA Fish & Boat Commission.
